For Drew Holmgren, design has always been personal. At just fourteen, he began working alongside his father and grandfather, helping bring visions to life on the family estate. That hands-on foundation, combined with bachelor’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Design, has grown into more than twenty years of experience shaping elegant, livable outdoor spaces.

Drew believes luxury is more than an aesthetic—it’s a standard. From bespoke architectural elements to manicured grounds, furnishings, and custom amenities, every detail should be an expression of refinement, intention, and longevity. Drew resides in Wilmington, NC, with his wife and children, and enjoys surfing, creating art, and continually broadening his knowledge of design and lifestyle through study and travel.
